A great way to close out the year and an energizing way to move forward.
At our team lunch this week we reflected on three things
What to let go of.
What to pick up,
What to do more of.
Letting go of habits that donβt serve us (too many sweets, saying yes when we mean no) and adding more movement, hiking, and practical, hands-on learning to build skills that take us anywhere.

Building Blocks is really about acknowledging what we need to leave behind or put down, and then thinking about what we need more of.
We even tackled this with a fun game:
If you were stranded on a desert island, what three things would you bring?Top picks: a knife, a flint-and-steel fire starter, and my top choice, a partner to share the work. Many hands make the load lighter π.
Grateful for a smart, thoughtful team and excited for the year ahead.
