Persist Through the Challenges!

Do you find yourself unable to stop thinking about something? It may be because you have been chosen to pursue it, and if you’ve been called to it, you are fully equipped to see it through.

If you’re like me, it’s impossible to not dwell on it. The Lord often guides us through inconvenient circumstances to fulfill His will and bring His kingdom to the places He has called us to transform.

While I continue to learn and don’t claim to be an expert, I am passionate about unlocking the transformative power that comes from pursuing our dreams, inspirations, and dispelling the lies we believe.

Sharing and uplifting others brings me great joy. Whether it’s through personal connections, writing, podcasting, or vlogging, I am eager to inspire and share my discoveries.

Today, I want to challenge you to reflect on persistence through the ups and downs: What is it that you can’t stop thinking about or doing, despite the challenges?

We are not just acting on behalf of God; we are driven by the desires He has placed in our hearts, not just for ourselves but for others. These are varied callings, passions, and desires that we have the grace to initiate, pursue, and fulfill in this season. God is anointing the things we simply can’t ignore with grit. Grit entails the determination and perseverance to commence, overcome challenges, and accomplish or advance the kingdom’s purpose in the designated community.

I urge you to shift your mindset and openly discuss the things that captivate you. Whether it’s envisioning parenthood, initiating an outreach program, embarking on a new career or business venture, writing a book, reaching out to others, mentoring, or being the friend someone needs, set your intentions and leverage your unique talents and passions. This is how we influence the world around us—by utilizing what Christ has instilled in us.

James 1:2-4 TPT[2] My fellow believers, when it seems as though you are facing nothing but difficulties, see it as an invaluable opportunity to experience the greatest joy that you can! [3] For you know that when your faith is tested it stirs up in you the power of endurance. [4] And then as your endurance grows even stronger, it will release perfection into every part of your being until there is nothing missing and nothing lacking.
